Who we are

Mail Market is an email marketing service. Your organisation is the responsible party for the contacts you upload. 3 Worx Solutions is the operator that processes those contacts to send the email you ask for.

What we process

Account details (name, email, timezone, country), organisation details, contact lists, consent records (source, time, IP address, wording version), campaign content, and delivery events such as opens, clicks, bounces and complaints.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for, to keep a consent ledger, to suppress people who unsubscribe or complain, to bill the plan, and to secure the platform. Direct marketing to your contacts relies on the consent or other lawful basis you attest to when you import them.

Operators and transfers

Email is handed to Amazon SES. Card payments are processed so we can accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and more). PayPal is the alternative. If an AI key is configured, short excerpts of prompts may be sent to that provider. These parties process data only to perform that job.

Retention

Account data stays while the organisation is active. Suppression entries are kept so we do not email someone who opted out. You can ask us to delete a closed account, except records we must keep for tax or to honour an unsubscribe.
